There will be an informal gathering in the "Madera" room of the Marriott Hotel on Friday, March 10, from 8:00 to 10:00.
Registration for the conference will take place from 8:00 to 9:00, March 11, in the lobby outside PAS 201. You can get expense reimbursement forms and pay the banquet fee at this time.
There will be evening working sessions on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday evenings from 8:00 to 10:00. These sessions will provide students with an opportunity to discuss their projects with the speakers, as well as a chance for everyone to get more details or clarifications from the speakers. Active participation is strongly encouraged. The Saturday session will be held at Bill McCallum's house, with van transportation leaving the hotel at 7:30. The other sessions will take place in the "Sabino" room of the Marriott hotel.
The conference banquet will be on Monday, March 13 at 7:00 in the "Canyon A, B, & C" room of the Marriott hotel.
